One-on-One Training Sessions, In-Person/Virtual

Looking for some one-on-one time with a trainer? These packages are for you!

Whether we meet at the studio or over a video chat, we’ll spend the hour working through exercises to advance your goals and getting super granular on movement patterns and sequences that will get you where you want to be.

The options below are not exhaustive. If you have ideas of some other way we can work together, just let me know!

  • $170.00 CAD/MONTH

    The best bang for your buck, if you’re in it for the long(ish) haul!

    This recurring subscription combines the strength training you need and the schedule flexibility that makes it doable.

    You get:

    • Three 1-hour one-on-one training sessions per month (virtual or in-person)

    • A program designed for your goals and equipment/space, providing three strength workouts per week (or fewer if you prefer; cardio optional)

    • Monthly updates/adjustments to your program

    • Feedback via email/text/voice note on any questions you have throughout the month (approx. max time: 1 hr)

    Keep in mind:

    • Minimum three-month commitment.

    • Monthly memberships are billed on the first of each month; if you sign up in the middle of the month and can’t use all three sessions, I will prorate whatever sessions you use until the month rolls over.

    • Other than the first partial month, the monthly rate is firm. If you are only able to schedule one or two sessions, we can try to find another way to get you your money’s worth!

  • $210.00 CAD

    If you need a trainer to jumpstart your fitness dreams, after which you know you can do this on your own, this package is for you!

    You get:

    • Three 1-hour sessions to be used whenever you wish within 90 days

    • Expires after 90 days

    • Free 20-minute initial virtual session to figure out your goals and current movement practice

    • Personalized program including up to 3 strength workouts per week

    • One update/progression for your program

  • $385.00 CAD

    Need guidance for a bit longer but maybe not forever? This package will get you set up for success but doesn’t force the issue ;).

    You get:

    • Six 1-hour sessions to be used whenever you wish within 180 days

    • Expires after 180 days

    • Free 20-minute initial virtual session to figure out your goals and current movement practice

    • Personalized program including up to 3 strength workouts per week

    • Two updates/progressions for your program

  • $80.00 CAD

    If your schedule is up in the air, or you’re not ready to fully commit, hit me up for a one-off session anytime you need a boost.

    You get:

    • One hour of focused You Time

    • A digital record of your workout (plus your sets, reps, and weights) that you can replicate anytime you want

    Keep in mind:

    If we aren’t working together regularly, the hour needs to include discussion on your goals, your workout history, and possibly some assessment of your movement. These components are built into your hour, so your workout will be 30-45 minutes.

    Also remember that I can’t build a progressive workout program for someone I don’t see regularly (unless we have worked together to build one for you in the past). I’ll set you up with a great one-off workout, but if you have big goals, you need a consistent, targeted plan to get you there. (This session could also be spent getting you the info you need to build your own goal-focused workouts in the future!)


Virtual Program Development

We’re a busy bunch, and scheduling planned movement is important, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to do.

I can’t cancel your meetings, pick your kids up from school, or clean your kitchen (sorry), but I can set you up with a fitness plan that fits into the time you have. Whether that’s 20 minutes twice a week in your backyard or an hour every other day at the gym, you can move more :)

Option 1: Simple and Virtual

This option is perfect for anyone with a bit of fitness experience (ie: have done basic exercises, preferably with a class/trainer, in the past few years) who wants a personalized program but doesn’t want to spend hours piecing together their own workouts.

You get:

  • A 20-minute virtual consultation to go over your intake responses and nail down exactly what you’re looking for.

  • A personalized 6-week program (including modifications and brief explanations). In the future, this will include video clips of each exercise.

Option 2: A Bit More Protein

This is a great option for those who aren’t familiar with fitness lingo and exercises. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or it’s been (more than) a minute, I’ll provide you with everything you need to gain confidence in your skills and achieve your wellness and movement goals.

You get:

  • Everything in Option 1.

  • A personalized walkthrough of your program. If you live in Victoria, we can do this in person. Otherwise, I’ll record a video for you.

Option 3: Keep It Comin’

Six weeks (ish) after I deliver your program, you might be ready to amp up your progressions or change up your workouts entirely. Choose this option if you’ve already done Option 1 or 2 and want to revisit the plan. (This is also an option if you aren’t done the initial plan but want to adjust anyway.)

You get:

  • Another 20-minute virtual consultation to talk about where you’d like to take your training.

  • A new 6-week program tailored to your adjusted goals.

  • Requires purchase of Option 1 or Option 2 within the past three months.
