Stay strong, calm, and kind

That’s easier said than done, sometimes.

My classes and training sessions are built around these three very important concepts:

STRONG

I want you to leave every Loki Training workout feeling powerful, capable, and confident—whether we’re practicing with our body weight or dumbbells, going slow with yoga or getting our hearts pumping.

CALM

Yeah, we work hard, but every class has a chilled-out vibe. We close with three breaths together (yoga-style) to sit with all that effort for a moment before we head back to our busy days.

KIND

I’m not a drill sergeant. That approach works for some people, but my classes are full of jokes, joyful encouragement, and modifications for all. No yelling, shaming, or burpees, here.

Heya!

I’m a group fitness instructor, weight trainer, and yoga teacher on gorgeous Vancouver Island. I believe in the transformative power of community—supportive collectives can literally make us stronger, calmer, and kinder. Since I’m into fitness, that’s the kind of community I’ve chosen to cultivate.

From cardio and strength packed with laughter between every set to accessible yin and flow yoga, I aim to bring you fun, fulfilling, and functional fitness every single time.

When I’m not focused on fitness, I can be found strategizing digital content (I’m an editor and writer), baking bread, or eyebrows-deep in a speculative fiction novel.
