Build strength and stamina with this fun combo workout class. In the first half of class, we will get stronger through strength-building exercises that challenge the entire body. Then we will move into interval training—upbeat cardio-driven movements designed to raise your heart rate. Everyone is welcome, and modifications are available for all fitness levels.
Session runs January 17th to March 21st (10 classes)
