Join me for a fun, strength-focused circuit that ties in some cardio, too!
This is an 8-week session designed to progress from week 1 to week 8. This doesn’t mean you have to come to every class, it just means I will present different variations of the exercises each time, and you can choose your favourite one!
At the end of the session, you’ll come away with a great new repertoire of exercises and, hopefully, an idea of what kinds of movements you like best for different muscle groups!
Please note: This session is offered in partnership with Burnside Gorge Community Centre.
