Join me for a fun, challenging combo class!
In the first half, we’ll tackle a strength circuit with a combination of weighted and bodyweight exercises. Then, we move on to cardio intervals that will get your blood pumping. Low-impact and other modifications are always available, making this a great option for all fitness levels.
All you need to bring is your water bottle and a pair of runners. Mats are provided, or feel free to bring your own.
