Wanna sweat?
Oh good, you’re in the right place.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a hard-hitting workout that only lasts about 20 minutes! We’ll do three rounds of 2 or 3 exercises, 2 or 3 times each. The idea is to get your heart rate up, then let it come down in the rest periods between each exercise.
It’s intense (go figure), but it’s lots of fun, and after you’re done, you get a nice, slow stretch to take you back down.
