EMOM stands for “every minute on the minute.” You’re given an exercise and a number of reps, and you have one minute to complete those reps. Ideally, your instructor isn’t evil and you’ll have sufficient time to rest before the minute is up. ;)
In this all-bodyweight class, we’re going to do 2-3 sets of 3 rounds, like HIIT, but the exercises will be a mix of strength and cardio!
