We are working out at Victoria West Park (across from Save on Foods). Look for us near the treed area on Bay Street, and I will watch for you if we aren’t right there :)

It’s the intervals you love, with a cardio/strength split! We’ll do two rounds of cardio followed by two rounds of bodyweight strength—30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. The kicker: we do each round 2-3 times ;)

WHAT YOU NEED: Yoga/fitness mat, water bottle

NOTE: I may be filming this class to use it for my certification exam. It will be shared only with the adjudicator, but if you do not want to be in the shot, we can adjust the angles accordingly!
