I’m on the hunt for a better description of this workout type, but we’ll go with this for now!
What to expect: Moving with the breath and a few longer holds to really build strength in those supportive stems. A lot of flows through plank and downward-facing dog (all of them optional) and a floor segment you’ll be so ready for after all those lunges and balances!
What to bring: a yoga/fitness mat and a water bottle
